PayPal requires a credit/debit card and a checking account to establish an account. The GoPay Checking™ comes with a free MasterCard debit card which can be used to register with PayPal.
Q. Can I use my GoPay Checking™ account to set up an eBay Account? A. Yes. eBay asks for both a credit/debit card and a checking account when registering. Your GoPay Checking™ account will allow you to overcome this obstacle in establishing a new eBay account.
